Going Bridal!

Going into the business of a Bridal Boutique was a given for Michelle. Michelle did bridal hair and make up for 15 years. She has had a passion for the business for a long time. Doing hair for 25 years has given her the ability to listen to what the client wants on not assuming she is going to want the same thing every month. It is the same with bridal gowns. We have applied the concept in our boutique. We do a consultation and listen to what the bride is looking for and listen to her budget. We set ourselves apart from the other boutiques because of this concept. Plus, it takes a real creative edge to look as someone and to determine what is best for each body shape. For instance, a plus size bride does not always want a ball gown. Most curvy brides love mermaids! It comes down to the personality of your bride. Can they pull off a creative artsy gown?  Is your bride conservative? Is your bride modern or, does she like the look of lace? Most brides that love lace, love organza. Knowing your textures that your bride is choosing is important as well. We look at the whole picture during this consultation. Then we also, observe the brides emotions and how she is reacting in each gown. This is probably the most important part. What is your bride doing in the gown she has almost chosen? This is what it takes to be a bridal boutique owner. We didn't just decide to open up a boutique on a whim. This was a well thought out plan, with a lot of bridal experience in the background. Being a stylist for so many years, working on location with brides, has really helped our business become what it has become. We love helping brides find the perfect gown when they have gone from boutique to boutique. We hear all the time, how the experience at Pure Luxe Bridal is so different from any other store they have been to. We hope that this will be the same concept for many years and sets us apart from the other boutiques.
